| We take the requirements of the Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM) seriously. We will initiate, coordinate and contribute to the production of a Project Safety Plan and will fulfil the role of Planning Supervisor if required. |

Projects will be designed and developed in accordance with the client's requirements whilst:
- Seeking to maintain the best practices in all areas of activity
- Promoting a safety culture throughout the project, building on the expertise and skill of those involved
- Ensuring that an appropriate level of training is given
- Carrying out a safety risk assessment by reviewing designs for compliance with statutory regulations affecting safety of operation (i.e. fire)
- Monitoring and reviewing safety performance at regular, formal meetings, by visiting the site regularly and by auditing the procedure that have been agreed
